In Rajasthan, no outsider will get the benefit of reservation in government jobs and elections. Rajasthan High Court has made this clear in its decision. In fact, the single bench of Justice Satish Kumar Sharma rejected Prem Devi and other petitions, ruled that a woman or a migrant coming from a marriage to another state cannot claim a government job in the state and a reserved seat in the election.
राजस्थान में अब किसी भी बाहरी व्यक्ति को सरकारी नौकरी और चुनावों में आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा. राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में ये साफ कर दिया है. दरअसल, जस्टिस सतीश कुमार शर्मा की एकलपीठ ने प्रेम देवी व अन्य याचिकाओं को खारिज करते हुए फैसला दिया कि दूसरे राज्य से विवाह करके आने वाली महिला या प्रवासी प्रदेश में सरकारी नौकरी और चुनाव में आरक्षित सीट के लिए दावेदारी नहीं कर सकते हैं.
